Our turn around is typically 2-3 weeks, however we always ask that you check in at the 2 week mark. Turn around may be longer during peak seasons. 

Our hat minimum is set at 6 hats of the same logo with a small order fee. 

We have a few select hats that we keep on the shelves in store which include but may not be limited to Richardson all black PTS20, 112, 115.

Each company sizes their hats differently, if you’re not familiar with the sizes for the style you choose we do have hats in our shop that you’re welcome to try on to get sizing. 

We do! We can ship to all 50 states. 

Send us an email with your logo and what you’re looking for, we will send over a mock for approval once approved the order will be placed. 

This is something we are currently putting into place. So be on the look out for this Spring 2024!

There is a 20 decal minimum on 3D decal orders. 

You sure can! However, there will be a convenience fee charged. We also accept Venmo, cash, or check. 

You will be invoiced for your order when the stitch out of your hat is approved. 

We can provide a digital mock up. However, once the order is placed we will be able to provide an actual stitch out for your approval before stitching the full order. 

You can; however, there is a possibility that there will be a logo fee charged.

Single items brought in are put on a singles sheet and sewn when they fit into the schedule. Larger orders are always priority. 

You can it is $2 per hat to have a number stitched on the back of a hat and it’s $3 for a logo.
